How to change the domain name ownership?

If you want to change the domain name ownership to a new client, you need to follow the steps:

Step 1: Log into the Client Area and open a new support ticket. You can click here to know how to create a support ticket.

Step 2: Please provide the following details in the new support ticket:

1) The new owner:

2) The new owner E-mail address:

3)For Individuals: A scan copy of ID Card/Residence Booklet/Driving license/Passport

   For Organizations:
     a. Please submit a scan copy of Organization Code Certificate/Enterprise Business Certificate/Certificate of Public institution or organization with Legal person status.
     b. Please submit the scan copy of ID Card/Residence Booklet/Driving license/Passport.
